Third, chili drying - process description

(1) Fresh peppers are entered into the temporary storage by the dump truck, and the electric forklift intermittently inputs the peppers into the feeding system of the dryer. The feeding system continuously and evenly inputs the peppers into the drying system according to the set process. The peppers do S-shaped movement in the dryer, successively passing through the wax-breaking softening zone, the uniform drying zone, the accelerated drying zone, and the decelerated drying zone. After reaching the set moisture content, it is automatically output into the machine by the discharge system, bagged and cooled, packed and put into storage;

(2) The heat source system changes the air, materials and the latent heat of the system into sensible heat according to the requirements of the better drying process and continuously input the air supply system. The system sends the pure dry and hot air into the bottom of the material net according to the design speed according to the requirements of each temperature zone, and vaporizes the water of the pepper after fully following with the pepper. The vaporized high humidity air is processed by the automatic identification system and partially discharged from the machine. Part of it is recycled to achieve the purpose of high-speed dehydration and energy saving.

(3) By adjusting the heat source system and air supply system, drying system parameters, can meet the high quality of pepper, sorghum drying.
